Also, in the event of visiting a pub listed on What?ub.com as serving real ale, but there being no real ale available, please submit a zero score.

Zero scores are not taken into account when calculating the average beer score for a pub, but it does provide Members with invaluable information when it comes to choosing which pubs are put into the Good Beer Guide.  Before submitting a zero score, please try to establish why no real ale is available, and put a note in the comments box (found in “advanced options”).  The reason could be anything from the pub no longer serving real ale, to simply waiting for a delivery etc.
